Method

The starting point for coaching is that the solution comes from yourself. You often already know the solution yourself and you all need some support to be able to proceed with the execution. Through conversations, we come together to the solution that suits you.

I always start with a free introductory meeting of about 30 to 45 minutes. In this conversation:

  • We get to know each other and explain in detail what my working method is as a coach.
  • I would like to know what you want to change.
  • Together we examine what prevents you from growing personally and professionally.
  • We formulate together what you need to achieve your personal and professional goals.

With a mutual click and the confidence that the request for help can be picked up together, we make agreements about the follow-up. These agreements are recorded in writing.

The sessions last 75 minutes. To achieve a lasting change, about 6 to 8 sessions are needed.

It has been found that the coaching is most effective when the meetings take place once every 14 days. You will apply the acquired insights in practice and these insights will get you started in the intervening weeks.
